      I've been lifting for about 2 1/2 months now and I'm starting to see some results. My question is how should I go about getting a 6-pack? I was told I need to drop my body fat to get them to show so I have been doing 15 mins on the treadmill after I lift. Am I going about this the right way?

      Should I continue doing 15 mins on the treadmill after lifting? I also cut carbs completely to cut body fat

      You gotta build that muscle up first. Then eat correctly. Pretty much all in the diet. Everyone one has a 6 pack.

      ok well I heard cardio kills your muscle gains so maybe I should stop cardio. Also what should I be eating like? I stopped eating carbs and red meat and soda

      Cardio just burns calories.

      It "kills" your gains because those calories that maybe have been used to build muscle is now gone.
