I've been training for 6 weeks now, and my results have been good so far. I haven't put on a lot of muscle but I have put muscle on, I feel more defined when I tense, and I have lost a fair bit of weight too. My goal has been to lose body fat and if I gain muscle I'll be happy. I haven't missed a gym session, and in the last week I've added extra cardio in to help me reach my goals. My biggest problem though, is that I can't beat my cravings. When I'm in work, for those 8 hours a day, I'm 100% commited to my diet. When I'm out of work and I'm with company I'm 100% commited, but I'm finding that when I'm alone I'm craving junk food and I give in too easily. I think I need a change in mentality, it's obviously only a mental block causing me to give in. What do you guys do to stop yourself from giving in?
I keep giving in to junk food I look at myself and realise that eating junk food makes me look sh1t. That's enough to stop me eating cr4p. Willpower mate thats the main thing you need. Also, have a cheat meal once a week which should help you stop craving sh1t
I keep giving in to junk food It's weird, I'm good until I have a cheat meal. That first cheat meal seems to cause me to want to crave even more crap.
I keep giving in to junk food like anything in life mate. Mondays are **** but your ok once your back at work....just got to deal with it
I keep giving in to junk food I **** you not, but in the past I've eaten in my sleep. I haven't done it for a long time now, but I've actually been down to the kitchen, got food and eaten it in bed while I sleep. One year I ate easter eggs that I'd bought for other people.
