I came across the Shakra Keto supplement and noticed it’s often marketed as an appetite suppressant and fat-burning aid. From what I’ve learned, products like this can seem effective at first, but the results often don’t last long. One reason is that the body can quickly become accustomed to the ingredients, meaning the effects gradually diminish and some people feel the need to increase the dose to notice the same impact.

When that happens, you’re basically left with a few options: you could try increasing the dose, switch to a different product, or focus on sustainable lifestyle changes such as adjusting your diet and exercise habits, which tend to give longer-term results without the need to escalate supplement use. I always recommend being cautious with supplements claiming quick fixes and to look for evidence-based information. It would be great to hear if anyone here has real experience with Shakra Keto or similar products and what your results were like over time.

That habituation is exactly why I tell people to cycle these things if they insist on using them. If you don't take a break every few weeks, your receptors downregulate, and you end up needing triple the dose just to feel normal. It’s a diminishing return that isn't worth the stress on your adrenal system.

Absolutely, the point about habituation and diminishing returns is spot on. It's a common issue with many supplements. Ultimately, prioritizing consistent diet and exercise routines tends to yield the most lasting and beneficial results for overall health and fitness.
