So first off for the past few weeks I think 3 to be exact I've been eating sort of whatever I felt like on more then half of those days I've been following my diet and on most of the days I was binge eating I was walking a lot so really I don't think it affected me. However my BMI scale says it did even though looking in a mirror I look better now then before more cut. Anyway I leave for Air Force Basic Training in 5 weeks time so how much body fat can I lose according to my scale i'm around 14.5% and 165.
How much body fat can I lose in 5 weeks does that include water or just body fat? I was thinking around there as well
How much body fat can I lose in 5 weeks it depends from person to person. Just eat low sodium to lose water weight. a 500 calorie a day deficit SHOULD make you drop 1 lb of fat a week, plus some water.
How much body fat can I lose in 5 weeks Well I was down to 12.8% according to my scale so could it be possible that it would be quicker now because I was down to that sort of fat loss memory
How much body fat can I lose in 5 weeks That might not help him drop any water weight at all. Maintaining low levels of sodium would probably increase aldosterone.
How much body fat can I lose in 5 weeks what is aldosterone? I mean right now I eat a moderate amount of sodium I guess I mean i put mustard on egg, salt on a few things but it's not like I pour it on everything I eat that just sounds nasty
How much body fat can I lose in 5 weeks Are you trying to hit a certain weight/height requirement for the air force? Why are you trying to lose weight? For me personally I would enjoy your last few weeks of freedom before being made to run to death and eat slop.
How much body fat can I lose in 5 weeks You could probably drop 10 pounds of fat in 5 weeks, even from your current low bodyweight, if you're willing to also lose a great deal of lean body mass, a lot of strength and possible get sick too.
