Ok, so basically through out my whole life I have never stuck to a real healthy diet or exercise routine and I basically eat whatever I want, and I don't even play sports, but somehow I still manage to stay relatively lean ( not really skinny) I maintained about 14% 15% body fat for the past 6 years and I would literally eat junk everyday and I wouldn't even bother working out, I obviously have some upper body fat, but it's not nearly as much as you would think. I just want to understand, does this mean that with me starting to work out now and sticking to a diet, would I see results faster? and would it be easier for me to shed 10 pounds of fat and gain some muscle? I always had this idea that, if my body is like this now, imagine what it could be like with a diet and exercise. What do you think ?
