Working at a big sub station today in Manchester, very open and exposed and fu*k me is it horrible out there. Long johns, jeans and waterproof pants on and its still ripping thro me... Roll on the summer. Any other poor sods stuck out in it ? Any tips to keep warm ???

Horrible day... yeah been working but only at HQ mate .. getting a new van this week so had to strip all the old van out and get ready to kit out the new one..... have you tried the thermal socks mate from yeomans, there like a 2.5 tog rating and i think there 2 pairs for 12 quid mate,, i wear them and there well warm !!!
