hi guys im new to the forum i have been training on and off for 5 years (seriously for the last 18months) iv been researching for a while now for a good clean bulk diet and this is whati have come up with is it any good? im 22,240 pounds and i train 3 times a week,at the mo i seem to be carrying some fat in my mid section. FIVE MEALS A DAY meal 1 07.00 am protein shake, 2 bananas,4 eggs meal 2 10.00am 6oz tin of tuna, ,100g dry roasted nuts,2 bananas meal 3 1pm half cup brown rice,6oz chicken breast,2 pitta breads,banana, meal 4 5pm 2x6oz chicken breast,300g boiled potatos,banana, meal 5 8.30pm protein shake,6oz tin of tuna protein … 390.1 carbs 403.4 cals 4000 fat 123 thanks in advance for help guys james
help plz You don't need such a rigid meal plan. Determine your macros then eat whatever fulfills them and your micros. You don't need protein shakes, and you only need 1g of protein per lb of LBM. Also, eating all that tuna every day will have you consuming an unhealthy amount of mercury.
help plz ok il drop the protein to 1g per pound and drop the tuna how does the fat and carbs look to you?
