How much is too much? might sound like a dumb question but i take 4 1500mg tablets when i wake up and then 4 more after each training session. on off days i only take 4.

so 12000mg on training days and 6000mg on off days.

      Glutamine question

Those numbers sound good. I'm a bit skeptical as to whether separate glutamine is worth the price though, as it's abundant in several commonly available sources. Feeling a difference from it so far? Are you trying to cut?

      Glutamine question

i just don't like taking a bunch of pills at once, currently take between 8-12 twice a day. depending on the day. and i actually started a cut this month. i don't feel quite so sore for near as long as when i was only taking 6k a day

      Glutamine question

Supplementing with glutamine is worthless for the vast majority of people with sufficient BROtein intake and who don't have the AIDz or nor are in the ICU

      Glutamine question

As long as you eat enough protein, you'll have more than enough glutamine in your system. Supplementing with more doesn't really do jack.

      Glutamine question

honestly i can feel a difference since i've added that and more BCAA to my stack. i'm not sore near as long and recovery is faster.

      Glutamine question

DOMS isn't a definitive indicator of muscle recovery. BCAA intake could have easily increased your protein intake to more suitable levels, thus improving recovery and development. Placebo effect is beyond powerful.

Look up the terms placebo and correlation =/= causation.

fully aware on what placebo is. and i'm almost 100% positive i'd know if i was actually sore or not.

but thanks everyone for the input thus far
