Yea, read the title, but since the fall, I've been getting some sort of sickness about every two weeks. It's getting pretty damn annoying, and especially screwing with my prep for my June 2 show. Just looking for some times Info: 5000 calories/day Work out 1.5 hours every day very intensely Have overtrained before, and this routine seems to offer better recovery Get about 9 hours of sleep/night consistently Stress level generally through the roof (student, part time job, proprietary commodity trader) Generally spend 100% of my time working Diet is essentially "if it comes in a bag or a box (besides whole wheat bread and pasta, don't eat it) Supps: mega men fish oil 5g bcaas 5g glutamine 250mg green tea iso-100 1/day Iso extreme gainer 1/day Elite gourmet 3/day zinc magnesium 100mg reservetrol, or however you spell it 500 mg vitamin c Powerfull or subtest daily (I have low testosterone from my sleeping pills, trazadone) melatonin, valerian, hops glucosamine, chondrotin, msm M5 or C4 pre-workout Does anyone have any opinions on what is going on or what I could ask a doctor about? I don't have the hiv or the herps, so it wouldn't be that. Thanks guys

Not to mention, often making a shake is more convenient and less expensive than food And for your lols. The powerful, zinc, magnesium, reservetrol, and powerful are in my other cabinet. My roommate hates me.

Getting Sick Every Two Weeks - wtf Whole foods > Supplements. Supplements are exactly that. They should only be used to supplement areas of the diet that you are lacking in. For the majority of people a simple 1-a-day multi will suffice. Protein powder is handy too for convenience and if you find yourself short for the day but still not as good as food.
