Currently cutting on just under 200g carbs and 300g protein 60g fat added in 100mg prop eod and 100mg anavar per day. Was really wandering what to expect its my first 'proper cycle' some increased muscle...although I am aiming cut bodyfat would still assume I would gain some muscle due to the protein intake? Would you advise lowering carbs each week as per my original plan before I added aas? Thanks. Ps pct all sorted

gaining muscle with low carbs if adding aas? i agree with above. Bulk or cut. Tried to do both at once before, results were awful! Spinning wheels comes to mind! Seriously though if your cutting as long as cals are 500 below maintenance. You should lose a lot of fat, especially with cardio and AAS. You may even gain a pound or two of lean mass. Cutting with AAS is the best way to do them Imo, the results are outstanding if done right. As long as you have a good amount of muscle on them bones first though!
gaining muscle with low carbs if adding aas? That's what I was thinking of doing wasn't going to make carbs non existent...was really wandering what the effect would be on mucle gain...its normal for many to see 10-20lb gains when bulking but will I see any cutting was my query? Cheers.
