      I just watched this video on sugar and I'm still a bit confused (wasn't paying 100% attention, at work)



      So what I took was that fructose leads to fat gain while glucose does not. But sucrose is made of 1/2 glucose and 1/2 fructose.

      Then he says HFCS and sucrose are the same? Why is HFCS cheaper than sucrose then?

      He also mentions that fructose is ok if it's from fruit because that also contains starch?
