This is what I've eaten and hopefully I got iifym slightly right lol. Breakfast: proats (990cals, 72g protein) Snack: balance bar (200cals, 15g protein) Lunch: turkey sandwich. Special k protein plus (470cals, 47g protein) PWO: 1 pint BnJ cinnamon bun (1,160cals, 16g protein) Snack: 1 scoop ON (140cals, 24g protein) Total: 2,820cals, 174g protein and I have ~200 cals left. Am I on the right track? Obviously I'm not gonna eat a pint everyday.
First day of bulking Your diet is astonishingly deficient in micronutrients. Frankly, it's atrocious.
First day of bulking I agree it could be better but I'm still hitting my numbers at the end of the day. Edit: I didn't list every exact food if that even matters. Proats has milk, sandwich has cheese, etc.
