      This is what I've eaten and hopefully I got iifym slightly right lol.

      Breakfast: proats (990cals, 72g protein)
      Snack: balance bar (200cals, 15g protein)
      Lunch: turkey sandwich. Special k protein plus (470cals, 47g protein)
      PWO: 1 pint BnJ cinnamon bun (1,160cals, 16g protein)
      Snack: 1 scoop ON (140cals, 24g protein)

      Total: 2,820cals, 174g protein and I have ~200 cals left. Am I on the right track? Obviously I'm not gonna eat a pint everyday.

      Your diet is astonishingly deficient in micronutrients. Frankly, it's atrocious.

      I agree it could be better but I'm still hitting my numbers at the end of the day.

      Edit: I didn't list every exact food if that even matters. Proats has milk, sandwich has cheese, etc.

      Wow. You still need to worry about micronutrients. Physiological functioning depends on it.

      6'2" 161.5lbs. Skinny fat and finally decided to bulk instead of cutting and looking deathly sick.

      Need much more fruits, veggies, and meats.
