I've heard some rumors that eating fat post workout will slow down the absorption of protein and carbs, is that true?
Fats Post workout It definitely might happen but the thought of it being a bad thing is rubbish, should of clarified that.
Fats Post workout if you are getting a sufficient amount of calories/fat/pro/carbs each day and you are not doing a marathon you don't need instant, 20 second absorption of those macronutrients. No matter how hard you think your working out...trust me...it's not that hard a little slower absorption won't matter.
Fats Post workout the only issue i have with fats post is if i take a nutrition partitioner before to many fats i get the bad craps. lol
