      I've heard some rumors that eating fat post workout will slow down the absorption of protein and carbs, is that true?

      It definitely might happen but the thought of it being a bad thing is rubbish, should of clarified that.

      if you are getting a sufficient amount of calories/fat/pro/carbs each day and you are not doing a marathon you don't need instant, 20 second absorption of those macronutrients.

      No matter how hard you think your working out...trust me...it's not that hard a little slower absorption won't matter.

      the only issue i have with fats post is if i take a nutrition partitioner before to many fats i get the bad craps. lol
