By delivering micro-current signals to the human body at frequencies ranging from 40Hz to 2500Hz—classified as low to mid-frequency—these impulses specifically target the muscular layer. Recognized by the body as natural bioelectrical signals, they stimulate muscle contractions in a way that mimics real exercise. This allows for full-body or localized training, tailored to individual needs, and greatly enhances workout efficiency.

Unlike traditional strength training, which often struggles to activate deep muscle groups, this type of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) can penetrate deeper tissue and deliver more intense, focused muscle engagement with far less effort. Full-body stimulation using both low and mid frequencies not only promotes muscle growth and fat loss, but also improves coordination and balance by engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously.

Just 20 minutes of EMS training is equivalent to about 6 hours of conventional training—making it a time-efficient and highly effective method for building strength, toning the body, and enhancing overall fitness.
