Hey guys! So sticky says that to cut I should eat -20% of my TDEE. BUT what if I eat 40%? I am not gonna do it, just asking theoretically. Will I be loosing weight? Or is it possible that metabolism will slow down and weight will stop dropping?
Eating too less. You will lose weight, but it will be an awful lot of muscle. And possible have some health damaging effects. http://www.eating-disorders.org.uk/e...er-eating.html http://www.something-fishy.org/dangers/dangers.php
Eating too less. Well, I am not loosing weight if I am eating 2000 kkal and lifting 3 times per week. Which seems strange since I am 187lbs. I also did blood check to check if my hormones are okay, so doc said its all perfect! So I will reduce my kkal for 200 more I guess. Strange **** though!
Eating too less. What did you get for your BMR and TDEE? What is your BF %? What is your macronutrient breakdown?
Eating too less. BMR is 1900, TDEE is 2500. Doing all pros routine 3 times per week and swimming once or twice. 150-160 protein, 80 fat, 120 carbs per day.
Eating too less. Maybe your TDEE is more around 2660. Activity factor of 1.4. And in that case you shouldn't be eating below ~2150. Your macro's add up to only 1840. This is below your BMR. I suggest an increase in calories. Get at least 85g of fat. Don't know your BF but 160g protein could be fine. But increase calories to more around 2150 for sure.
Eating too less. Its really strange, I dont loose now, if I add calories - I should loose? xD Seems unlogical xD
Eating too less. And your doctor recommended going Below BMR? I wouldn't advise it but if that's what you want to do....
