      Hard to say.

      10% surplus for a day? no.

      For 15 years? who knows.

      Gaining some fat is just part of bulking. deal with it and cut later.

      Or just stop bulking when the abs are about to go away.

      Nope.

      However, they may or may not be visible now and, if visible now, they may not remain visible while you bulk.

      Daily. Trying to gain weight while staying toned. I'll monitor and see what happens.

      does that surplus include high carb intake?

      if its low carb and i mean low... you will still actually lose some fat even in a caloric surplus
      i know there are some articles around here that prove it. =( cant find em.

      Visible abs? If I could see my abs I'd be very concerned about the lack of skin on my midsection.

      Awesome.

      Make sure you do plenty of ab workouts to spot reduce all that belly fat.
      And get anything where the ad says something like 'scorching ab workout'.

      Can't say cause I don't know your genetics or how accurately your calculated needs are, but I will say I have been bulking at a 10% surplus for 9 months and have gained 17 lbs without losing visible abs
