Eating at a 10% surplus... Hard to say. 10% surplus for a day? no. For 15 years? who knows. Gaining some fat is just part of bulking. deal with it and cut later. Or just stop bulking when the abs are about to go away.

Eating at a 10% surplus... Can't say cause I don't know your genetics or how accurately your calculated needs are, but I will say I have been bulking at a 10% surplus for 9 months and have gained 17 lbs without losing visible abs
