Okay, on Sunday morning i weighed myseld and i was 163 lbs- as to be expected. I went about my day as normal and had my cheat meal (which was an extra chicken breast and a few slices of wholemeal bread...im so naughty) and when i awoke this morning i weighed myself again to find that i was 159.4 lbs. Could i have really lost that much fat in a day? Or perhaps its muscle? Any ideas from the educated bros??? Gawd bless
