Based on my stats, do I NEEEED 160grams of protein to see good gains? What will happen if I just keep working arms chest etc and only have like 10-50~g's a day?
Do you NEED protein for muscle gain? Youll build no muscle and might even turn catabolic, aka you LOSE muscle.
