      Based on my stats, do I NEEEED 160grams of protein to see good gains?

      What will happen if I just keep working arms chest etc and only have like 10-50~g's a day?

      Youll build no muscle and might even turn catabolic, aka you LOSE muscle.

      1g of protein per lb/bodyweight is the minimum to build muscle but im 120lb and i eat around 175g.

      If you take protein do you need to lift to make muscles grow or do they grow like when you water sunflowers? I am a n00b so thanks in advance.

      protein isnt magic you still need to push your muscles to new growth via lifting

      Yes I do and i noticed strength gains and I don't like try to get protein in my diet.

      anyways op, it is preferred to get around .88g per lbm but you don't necessarily HAVE to. but if you want to see any kind of decent gains then it's much better to. so, put down the cereal and eat some dead animal
