I was looking on google to figure out the stats of a model I want to look like. I tend to look for models who are my height but their weight seems to be about 70kg-90kg for my height (5'11) and they all look similarly muscled. I want to look something like this http://postimage.org/image/2otq59fvo/ and am 71kg atm. How much lean mass will I realistically need to put on to look like this? (some websites claim he is 70kg and some websites claim he's 80kg) Noob question but say you put on 10kg lean muscle mass and then cut, will you loose the muscle mass? How many kg? Or will you just loose fat? Thanks!
Do Model Stats Lie? A bit odd to want to be like someone else so much. If it works for you then cool! That wouldn't motivate me one bit.
Do Model Stats Lie? Yea this is the only thing that works... comparing. :S But I don't get how much weight that shape would need.
Do Model Stats Lie? Them models are probably about 75kg and fairly low BF% but nothing too extreme, on a serious note you will only ever look like yourself...you have your own muscle map as do they, so you will only ever look like you at certain weights an BF%`s.
Do Model Stats Lie? Interesting because I'm 71kg with a 7% BF% yet I don't look anything like them :S Thats why I was confused...
Do Model Stats Lie? Is dinogoesrawr a cartoon? sounds fimiliar lol, get some pics up dino to see what we're looking at...
