      hi everybody, i just started to build some muscle i am currently at 175lbs, i am 6ft tall with a 13% body fat....

      i did a diet sheet and i was wondering if i am in the right path:

      What's your estimated BMR and TDEE?

      Then why are you consume under 2,600 calories when you're trying to bulk?

      what should u recommend eating... iam trying to look bigger and leaner, and lose some fat..

      You're trying to gain weight (look bigger) while trying to lose weight???

      You're 6' tall and weight only 175 pounds. You need to bulk and, if you fear gaining any fat, you likely have body image issues (and perhaps a mild case of BDD).

      lol nah i dont have BDD i use to be fat lol.. weighed 205 with 20% body fat... now i am looking to bulk up.. but i was wondering if u can help me out on my diet
