      Cheers chaps.

      Yes, sorry meant to say all of the above exercises aren't in one session! And not sure why I missed deads off the list as they're my favourite exercise!

      Cutting at the moment and whilst my abs are out, delts and bis are nice and vascular my back is still relatively smooth.

      Will try some of the above suggestions and see how I get on.

      wider grip works inner back, narrow grip works outer (lats), according to dorian yates...

      so therefore to hit that middle inner back area, id do seated base pulley rows but with a wide grip on a straight bar. see how that goes maybe?
