Now I know before anyone says it...

Protein is too high and I could fit more carbs in if I lower the protein, well meal 2 is what I eat during college and I havent really got the time to sit down and eat or even prepare a real meal, so this is easy one to do.
Also meal 3 is pre-workout, and meal 4 post workout.

The total calories keeps me in the 500 deficit, but every Wednesday and friday I throw in 5 rice cakes for meal 5, but because of cardio them days its easily accounted for.

Your calories aren't being questioned, Pug tried to point out that you need to learn to compose a diet that meets your basic nutritional needs.

yeah I understand that the protein is too high, compared to carbs and fat but how else can I make up for it, since meal 2 seems to be the main problem as I need something I can eat on the go, but also be relitiverly full since I eat this druing college an dont eat again till pre-workout.

Who said your protein is too high?
Exactly how much more weight are you trying to loose?

Read the stickies that Pug provide and learn to determine the minimum amounts of macro/micro nutrients you need, then you can fill in the rest of the calories with whatever the hell you want!

^ This and, as a 5'9" tall 145 pound 17 year old male, I hope you understand that you should be trying to gain weight, not lose it.

I just guessed it once since usually on a cut you aim for 1g per lb.
An only looking to loose 5lbs.

Yeah I know and tbh I wish I was bulking but just because im going on holiday in 7 weeks, with my friends from college; its like our last year so next year non of us will see eachother since were going to differant universitys, so I've decided I may as well get lean for the holiday since in 7 week no big progression can happen as far as muscle gain.

Yeah after the holiday I wanna bulk during my whole time at university, but because of the situation cutting seems the best choice and im only around 10% bodyfat now so 5lbs should do me.

I think I understand what you're trying to do.

You're saying you want to look sickly and emaciated during the vacation so that, after going away for college and bulking up, your friends will be really shocked at how much better you lok.
