      There's been cakes made , buffet food , people eating indian all since I starting cutting at work! Lol

      Am having about 2400-2500 cals c200 p260 f60 I eat a meal and am starving straight after apart from celery is there anything else you recomend to eat?

      Pffft I'm on 2100cals ED, P300, C75, F65, and doing intermittent fasting, thought I was going eat my own fingers this morning!

      Haha yep its only going to get worse when I drop them carbs!

      60g which makes up 20% of my cals so would say its about right?

      Personally I'd drop the carbs and increase GOOD fats

      I also know this feeling, seems the longer I cut the worse the hunger gets

      My plan was to slowly decrease carbs to ensure my fat loss continues as well as adding more cardio but I guess the fats would keep me fuller for longer!

      I got some phentermini and in 2 days i've only had 150g protein each day that's it....completely killed my hunger..

      whenever i diet in future...im always gonna run this!
