Hi all, I am looking for some advice on my diet.
I am 38 years old, male, I would say fairly slow metabolism, around 22% body fat.
currently weigh 15st down from 18st.

Do full body work out 2-3 times a week and cardio on non work out days.

looking to drop body fat then hopefully start putting on some muscle.

Feel free to critique as you see fit.

      6:00 am :- 200ml liquid egg whites, 50g oats, 1 scoop protein powder, 3 x 1000mg Omega 3 fish oil Caps.

9:00 am :- 200g Chicken/Turkey or can of Tuna, 60g Brown rice or Pasta.

11:30 am :- 200g Chicken/Turkey or can of Tuna, 60g Brown rice or Pasta, Handfull of Green Veg.

2:00 pm :- (Pre Work Out) 50g oats, 1 Banana, 1 scoop protein powder.

      3:30 pm :- Train

4:30 pm :- (PostWork Out) 1 scoop Build and Recover.

6:30 pm :- Chicken/Turkey/Beef/Fish, Sweet potato, Handful of Green Veg.

      10:00 pm :- 2 scoops protein powder

Looks good to me, how long have you been consistently eating that for?

Cant see how you won't drop some b/f with a decent amount of cardio!

Looks good mate only thing I would say is get the build and recover in with your 2.00 pm post workout meal. Then aim to eat a meal an hour or so after this.
Scrap the oats just have build and recover.
Then aim to fit another proper meal in around 3:00pm ish say brown rice and chicken/turkey breast

I've edited my original post as it wasn't clear when i trained.
I train at 3:30 so the build and recover is my post work out meal, oats, banana and protein is pre workout.

Ignore J, think he's having a daft day!

Without working out the macro's, all looks pretty good to me. Could maybe do with more fish oil though, I take mine at all meals except for mid afternoon.

Are you still dropping bf or has it stalled?
