Hi Fellas Trying to organise a daily meal plan. I have been told this stuff is good. Never ever had it before. Whats it go with and when is best to have it ???? What are the benefits ???? Cheers
Cottage Cheese - Please explain i put it on oat cakes its nice its got casein in it (slow realease protein) so its great to have before bed as it will 'drip feed' them over night
Cottage Cheese - Please explain why its good - low fat, high protein, cheap as f*ck what its good with - on its own, veggies, pineapple, experiment and see when is it best to have - as a snack in between meals, before bed before casein/whey shake.
Cottage Cheese - Please explain Why not make ur own- Eat a bowl full of porridge, Down a pint of cold water, Mouthfull of greated cheese, Go to the amusment arcades and get a tub they put 2ps in. Go home. Vomit into it, Whallah!! Cottage cheese
Cottage Cheese - Please explain I found it is nicest with pineapple as mentioned above. I actually eat 300g with a tin of tuna mixed in every evening before bed. Not the nicest taste, but just wolf it down.
Cottage Cheese - Please explain Or..........if you dont like cottage cheese, try quark. Low fat, low carb, high protein, add either protein powder or some flavouring, fruit etc, ideal for supper, very similar to cottage cheese for price, protein content etc but loads nicer IMO. Love the stuff!!!
