Im thinking of taking clenbuterol.... Have been cutting down for a contest for about 2 months now, and have come across a few speed bumps across the way (big personal issues) and am thinking of taking Clen to help catch up with my original plan. I am 90kg at roughly 15% bf. My macros are roughly 2540 ( carb fat protein) Wishing to get as shredded as possible. Any comments on the use of clen? Any opinions would be gladly taken. Cheers.
Clenbuterol That it wont work at such fatty composition , get to some single digits before thinking of clen , get some good old EC , cardio , workouts and nutrition in check and you'll be good to go in a month IF you put your mind into it and really work hard. Look into specific cutting diets like the Lean Gains cut approach OR Lyle McDonald ultimate diet 2.0...
Clenbuterol Celorza is right, you have to cycle clench anyways so you are better off using it getting from 8% to 6% bf. It's more effective breaking thru a plateau then 'catching up'
Clenbuterol Do you hear what you're saying? Clen only works if you already have low body fat? LYou're making it sound as if having a high body fat percentage makes clen stop working. Even if you're 30 perfcent body fat, you will still lose weight with clen, without a doubt. The thing is, a lot of the time heavier people take clen, don't change anything like diet or increase cardio and never experience the full benefits. Clen works for everybody, provided you give your body the right environment to make the best of the chemical. End of story.
Clenbuterol Clen works best at stubborn body fat elimination , which is easier to notice its gone when you are at a lower BF % , not when you are a big guy and have easy to get rid off body fat , at those levels , clen will yield the same "mirror" results are a good fat burner stack...its btter he waits and doesnt waste money and start building up a tolerance for clen until he really needs it , not at a big bf %....

I u have a clean diet n u balance ur protein/carb intake the right way...the results will b tremendous I usually take the right amount of mcgs for females for ONLY 2-3 weeks then stop because ur body will get used to it n u'll stop seeing results...it's also not healthy to take it for a long time. cycle it smart! Remember though...nutrition is 70%, weights training is 20% n cardio is 10% . So if ur diet sux then Clen won't do to much 4 u
Clenbuterol Improve your reading comprehension, I didn't say it doesn't work, its just better served if you already have low bf. It is easier to go from 15% to 12% bf then to go from 8% to 5%. It's just like anabolics, if you are 5'10" and 150 pounds they will help, but they are better served if you are natty until you reach closer to your genetic limits
