With no dead-certain show in mind McMillan, currently tipping the scale at 271 pounds , caved to my convincing that no show outside of the Arnold and Olympia are as established and prestigious as the NY pro. The busy father-husband-Army guy truly had no show in mind up until 3 weeks ago when he started pushing his diet harder and things really started falling into place. Last week I mentioned the NY pro. I think he thought I was joking. This week he made the decision to get in. I could have attempted scrounge the typical quotes from him, you know the bodybuilder “ I am in the best shape of my life” type statements, but I thought the accompanying exclusive photo would fit the bill."

Cedric McMillan doing the NY PRO!!! Wow I remember those pics last year where he lost a lot of weight due to his personal life. Now he's filled that back and more. If he nails the conditioning there's no prettier physique on stage IMO.
