      Hello peeps,

      I usually have eggs in the morning for breakfast and have completley ran out, is there something else I could have instead? porridge or something?

      Oatmeal, milk, fruits, yogurt, meat, a sandwich, pancakes, so many possibilites

      I'm still relatively new here but wait, I may have figured this one out.....IIFYM, eat it?

      you're gonna get mixed reviews about this. I personally dont believe IIFYM, but for breakfast there are a lot of different things you can eat to get your macro's in.

      I would drink casein, oats not cooked no sugar in it and a hand full of mixed nuts to get you to lunch with out starving.

      Why do you not believing in the whole concept of dieting in bodybuilding? You do know nutrition plays a big part in building muscle/losing fat and simply disregarding it will not yield results?

      I'm dieting right now. I know what I'm doing but I DONT believe all macro's are created equal (if you will). 21g carbs from ice cream =/= 21g carbs from a sweet potato in MY opinion.

      I think you might be confusing micronutrient density with macronutrients.
