Anyone know if U can pay to have this done to get an accurate measurement of body fat. Would love to get it done and apart from tv Programmes about obese people I can't find anywhere which offers it. Ps im in Plymouth if that helps Sent from my HD7 T9292 using Board Express
Body Egg Pod body pod analysis is pretty much the bottom line in bf measurement OP you can get calipers which measure you to within 1.1% of the pod its quite an expense and length to go to really - and i doubt many of the pro's or top competing guys on here have had it done

Body Egg Pod I wouldnt waste my money on it - I used to be obsessed about what my bodyfat percentage was then one day it dawned on me.....
