Anyone got a quick fix for it. Im sat at work RED HOT and cannot stop my nose from bleeding. I know my blood pressure is really high on cycle right now which started 8 days ago. I wont have anymore t-bol today. I have ordered bp monitor to check it daily and some enalapril bp tablets to hopefully get it down. Any advice to stop the nose bleeds now, drink loads cold water? Hold wrists under cold water? Or is it not even related to me being red hot? cheers in advance. Obvious answer is stop the cycle but we all know thats not going to happy if i can control BP in other ways aswel as the Enalapril (SP?)

Blood Pressure!!!!!!! dang I dunno mate my gran gets them all the time apprently due to her blood being too thin. She takes a shyt load of meds btw. I had my blood pressure done the other day 122/88. I get a little bit of blood now and then up my nose but nothing major, I feel a bit off when iget them though like my heart/blood pressure feels different.
Blood Pressure!!!!!!! People at your work are going to guess your a dirty roider and do this at you But as above celery has worked pretty quickly in the past for me, i run celery seed extract all the time when im on cycle and i have alot of celery sticks in my food.
Blood Pressure!!!!!!! Not sure if it will have an immediate effect, but potassium is good for normailizing high blood pressure, try eating a banana or 2.
Blood Pressure!!!!!!! celery it is then Thanks guys ill get on it right away, the nose bleeds are an absolute pain. Oh and they know about gear, i got pulled in for a steroid test last year but i went to a solicitor and they cancelled getting the results because done it illegally, PHEW!!!

Ok if going down the POM route.. 2.5mg rampiril ed.. if not try these.. it WILL help 3 cups of fruit tea with hibiscus in it (the amount is irrelevant.. just make sure it has it) a day. Has shown to be as effective as a precription ACE inhibitor 3-4 x celery seed extract 3 x hawthorne berry tabs a day Garlic caps. Holding water? Couple of very intense carido sessions.
Blood Pressure!!!!!!! I do my BP every day and it once got as high as 160 / 105 but i took and still take co enzime CQ10 tabs and its more or less normal now at about 140/80
