I just started bodybuilding and so far have naturally bulked for 5 weeks looking to do another 5 weeks. I have gained good muscle however have put on a good bit of fat as well. For my cut I am looking to drop a good 10% body fat on a steriod cycle and keto diet. Just wondering what the best cycle for cutting and the doses etc. Any tips or help would be much appreciated Thanks

Best cycle to run on a cut Breakfast - 4 egg omelette Midmorning - mass gain shake - 35g protein, 50g carbs, 11g of fat Lunch - 150g of brown rice, 125g of chicken, mushroom, green beans Post workout - mass gain shake Dinner - 200g of pasta 125g of chicken Bed - Bed time shake - 30g of protein I realise the fat gains is likely the high amount of carbs for dinner so have cut the pasta out as of yesterday
Best cycle to run on a cut I worked out before bulking but didnt really have a clue what i was doing as far as a diet and a proper workout routine went. Im currently 12.5 stone
