Best anti estrogen to run on cycle to PREVENT PCT imo adex or aromasin, letro imo is to strong for simply preventing gyno imo, id say its a last resort, 95-97% supression is too much imo you need estrogen at healthy levels, the others at around 80% supression are much better choices. i think letro should only be used an big heavy pro cycles or for clearing severe gyno. jmo also with ai's imo its best to run of the thereputic dose since halfing the dose isnt going to half the effects, the thereputic dose is the max dose for max effective supression, just like double dose wont double the effects, so imo deciding to use less is just your random gamble you wont no if having less is having less effect without bloods. for example: dutasteride the dht inhibitor there is only around a 3-5% increase in supression from the thereputic dose of 0.5mg ed to a case study dose of 5000mg ed. so using adex or aromasin imo is better than letro for this reason also. letro at thereputic dose in most cases imo is over kill.

Best anti estrogen to run on cycle to PREVENT PCT yeh defo dose dependent but for mod dose aas cycles its ott imo, you need healthy levels of estrogen its not the bad hormone its made out to be, only in excess. its a bad idea to totally supress any hormone. it may benifit are physiques but wont benifit us on the inside. adex and arom do those jobs you listed also with out the severity of it, its like squeezing a spot with a sledge hammer lol. if your on grams and grams of test then fine but under 1g then imo its ott. no need to use the more powerful supressants, but saying that , letro from all my sources is the cheapest ai..... estrogen also raises good HDL cholesterol so long term supression of estrogen is bad in this way,
