i want to incorporate a piece of fruit in my 1st meal. i am cutting, but that doesnt matter because its about calories. i see most people eat a banana for breakfast. right now its just whey and oats. should it be a apple?

banana or apple maybe the only thing not to eat the banana is because they will be brown if i make 3oz banana in containers for few days, unlike apples. lemon juice might cure it
banana or apple ALWAYS eat the banana first.....and then follow that up in an hour with the apple...as you want the more fibrous one to be eaten last.
