I am having a hard time eating enough for weight gain should I try using weight gainers? Which weight gainer should I get?

Not necessary. Whole foods are really the only thing that you need, but if you're having a real hard time downing the calories (and you don't have time to make your own gainer shake with protein powder/oats/banana/ice cream), then you could consider a weight gainer. I'd recommend Real Gains by Universal in that case.

Try eating calorically dense foods and/or drink a percentage of your calories.

Not neccessary, but if you struggle to get enough food in and your going backwards it is an option.

Do you mean you're having a hard time because you get full or because of your schedule?

Personally I think whole milk + oats + PB and Fruit is a much cheaper and more healthy option.

Dude it's not hard to eat a lot... One of the harder part about bodybuilding is mental side of it (not slamming down all the extra food you want) and putting in work in the kitchen. If you can't seem to eat a caloric surplus maybe it's not for you. Buying a supplement isn't going to get you anywhere.

Don't buy ANY weight gainer. Make your own if you are having trouble. Just look up weight gainer recipes. They are much cheaper and you actually know what you are drinking.

Surely you're not telling him not to lift weights because he's having a hard time starting.

Hey some people aren't cut out for this, maybe it will motivate him to stop being a sissy. If not it will clear out another person wasting space in the gym. This isn't knitting class, this is bodybuilding and it's hard, better toughen up.

I realize I'm harsh (I get in moods every once in a while lol), but sometimes the questions I read in this section amaze me. I don't know how a lot of these people have made it through life.
