I know men can take up to 140mcg a day. So far from what I've read its DAY 1 - 20mcg 2 - 40mcg 3 - 60mcg 4 - 80mcg 5 - 100mcg 6 - 120mcg 7 - 140mcg 8 - 140mcg blah blah 14 - 140mcg then 2 weeks off, then repeat.. Also is there a best time of the day to take as I train between 1700 - 1800 everyday? Does it need to be split or taken altogether. 1st time experiencing with clen. Also read theres ways to take it for strentgh and ways to take it for sliming down.... Either way I want to slim down Thanks in advance

Another Clen thread Yea there is a theory to tapering off of it but **** knows if I remember.lol.especially as you're doing 2weeks on 2 weeks off then 2 weeks on again.on the 2nd cycle it will shock you're system again therefore better reaction/fat loss Works that way for me anyway
Another Clen thread No I take half in the morning (before my cv sesh) and half at 1500 Tbh mate you're gonna be jittering non stop anyway so I don't spose it matters.lol.but I would split it
