      I finished a 8 week run of Anavar 50mg a day, 4 weeks ago and I loved the stuff

      How long would I be best to wait before I could run again ?

      What are your goals?

      next time go for a higher dose mate, 80mg!! does the job for me!

      Time on + PCT = Time off as a general guide, I would advise a blood test before you start your cycle just to confirm everything is back to normal.

      If you're gunna use var again put it with some test, 300-500mg per week, you'll love it.

      what were your results ? did you gain muscle , loose fat? gain strength?? what pct are you running

      I'm going to be honest I have not used a PCT, I've lost 2 stone of fat and look ripped to fk! I've put on a little fat and lost some gains. This time I'm going to PCT what a good simply one to run?

      Go to doctor and request one, complain of symptoms of low test etc. or get one done privately.

      I think OP means lost 2 stone over cycle, or since beginning training, then post pct gained a little fat back.

      Just get more var and run it for another 4 weeks, then do a pct.
