I know you guys and girls will provide me with an honest answer to my question; Have I done well in what I've achieved in the last 6 weeks? Started off at 27% bf and weighed 125lbs, now my bf% is 22% and I've maintained the same weight. My goal is 17%, realistically how much harder is that next 5% going to be and am I making good progress?
Am I Actually Doing Well... Moved to the diet section. To be honest, BF percentage is rubbish, not a great way tmeasurere progress.....did the jeans that used to fit become loose, do you look better in the mirror? These are better indicators of progress for me!

Am I Actually Doing Well... I think it's good! That's almost 1% BF lost per week. Keep it up and in another 6-8 weeks you might be at 17%
Am I Actually Doing Well... how do you look in the mirror from before and after is what you should be asking as that what counts really not bodyfat percentage. Any before and after pics? Look great in the avi and the last one.
Am I Actually Doing Well... Thank you I'm going to start fasted cv in the mornings too so that should help me push it that bit harder to reach my goal! I'm having to buy new clothes my jeans are too big and my bum actually fills them out now, god bless squats haha I can definitely see the improvement when I look in the mirror but I'm naturally a very target driven person so I use the bf% keeps me really focused First two pics are before second two are after......
