      admit it.. do you take painkillers after a hard workout?

      I dont take painkillers full stop tbh, i dont like the idea of deadening a pain, incase it gets worse and then I dont know it has because of the drugs!

      Only painkiller i've ever really had is calpol as a kid, and morphene when I had a lumbar puncture

      You bunch of hard cnuts !!!!!

      I have taken Ibuprofen a few times but its coz I have a back injury and its for the anti inflammatory !

      I'm only taking ibuprofen atm as I've got tendonitis / trigger tumb in my left wrist / thumb. Still lifting though, just all strapped up.

      Nope. Always better to deal with the cause of pain than to mask it.

      Nope I don't either. I did when I had a back problem a few years back and will for girlie tummy cramps but that's it.

      I actually like the pain post lifting, shows I worked out well and I know when that muscle group is ready to go again when it's pain free!
