I dont know if this gets done but my next cycle ive been thinking of doing a 6weeks bulk then straight onto a 6 week cut. Im not really looking massive gains but if i get half of what i got in my 12 week test cycle in 6 weeks, id be happy to go onto a cut straight away. I was hoping to be sitting at just under 14stone for this cut im suppose to be starting in may but now i wouldnt mind that wee bit more muscle before i start cuting and i thought what about 6 weeks of each so i can kill 2 birds with one stone kinda thing. I was going to do just a 8 week cut but im now thinking if i do what i say, then ill be sitting with better gains come teh end of my cycle. I already have a 12 wk cycle here of test e and im thinking of 6 weeks of that then another 6 weeks only this time with some cutting meds. Has anyone done this before and came away with good results ?

12 week bulk and cut in same cyce I think ausbuilt always cycles like this, something to do the optimum length of a bulk being 6 weeks then the results go downhill, I think he said he usually works 4 weeks bulk then 4 weeks cut all year round
12 week bulk and cut in same cyce So you want to do a lean bulk then, This is all done with food !! Just do a 10-12 week test e cycle and finish with a 4-6 week test p cycle to rid any water retention ! Happy days
12 week bulk and cut in same cyce I know its all done with food but ill gain more with gear quicker. Im happy enough with what im sitting at now apart from my BF% but i wouldnt mind putting some more on and then cutting straight away instead of doing a 12 week bulk then having to wait 16 weeks before i can start cutting. This way ill gain more muscle, cut my BF% in 12 weeks then maintain what i have for the rest of teh summer

12 week bulk and cut in same cyce I am doing this right now. My cycle is as follows. Weeks 1-12 test e 600mg e/w Weeks 1-6 50mg dbol e/d Weeks 6-12 clen 120mcg e/d 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I am 3 days into my cutting phaze and my diet is as follows, i think pscarb made this diet up. Meal 1: 8 whole eggs Meal 2: Two scoops of Protein with 1 serving of natural peanut butter with water. Meal 3: 8 oz. of lean meat with large bowl of green salad with 1 Tbsp flax/Olive oil and vinegar Meal 4: Two scoops of Protein with 1 serving of natural peanut butter with water. Meal 5: 8 oz. lean meat with 1 serving of cashews/peanuts Meal 6: 8 oz. lean meat with 1 serving of cashews/peanuts
