      Am bulking.
      5ft 8
      14 stone, daily calorie use is 2700.
      Age: 18

      I got 320g protein/carbs and 71g fat, doing a 40:40:20 split. Amirite? 320g just seems so hard to do, I've had 82g of protein and 54g of carbs and already feel full, it's 9pm here.

      Think I calculated my macros wrong, (help)

      1 Gram of Protein = 4 calories
      1 Gram of Carb = 4 calories
      1 Grams of Fat = 9 calories

      270 Grams of Protein
      270 Grams of Carb
      120 Grams of Fat

      ^ Macros needed to hit a 40/40/20 on 2700kcal.

      I'm aiming for 3200, but it seems i calculated it right. Hopefully this wil get easier,lol

      Yeah 60 grams of fat not 120, forgot to half the 40% to 20% my bad.

      Have done, mate am a ****in retard when it comes to math. Got ****in sick grades in school but managed to get a U in maths, I think I have like dyslexia door digits.

      1280 calories of protein
      1280 calories of carbs
      640 calories of fat

      320 grams protein
      320 grams carbs
      71.1 grams fat
