      Yup, another annoying "hard gainer" thread

      Thanks. Yea, I'm not trying to get ripped in 60 days lol. That is just the length of my cycle due to the test booster I've included in my stack. I just would like to out on 4-5 lbs this cycle, boost my test (which is really low according to my bloodwork).

      Test boosters are not going to do anything. Hit your macros according to your goals and adjust as you go. If you are truly concerned over test levels get some bloodwork done. Otherwise throwing away money.

      Protein and creatine mono is all you need.

      If you don't have a back or other injury stop being a pussy. Squats & the other main compound exercises are how you get big. Learn proper form, watch good examples of the movement on Youtube & start light.
