I have doing workout for the last 3 years. Going to gym daily. Doing tough workout. In the first year i was gaining some muscles but from the last 3 years i am not seeing any changes. I have also gone through some injuries but it is recovered now. Is there anyone, who have any idea to gain muscles fast?
