      I need help with my diet plan. Im taking whey and casein protein. Assault and stacking pink magic and prime. Im looking to shed fat lbs not muscle and i just cant figure out what to eat. I mean i know lean meats and all that crap im just not sure of the timing and amounts. I workout in the afternoon but dont really eat breakfast i almost havr to force down food which im sure doesnt help. Any suggestions?

      Read the stickies at the top of the forum. It will clear up a lot of your questions. Come back with specific questions thereafter.

      I read those stickies several times it just doesnt make alot of sense to me. First theyre in kg then g then different body masses. I got nothing out of it. Very confusing article. Dont get me wrong im vety much appreciating what youguys are saying im just super lost on it

      That's not a good sign, as the material is very simply and very clearly presented.

      A KG is 2.2 pounds. That should clear everything up.

      Maybe try lipo if you can't figure out how to construct a proper diet or cook. Nobody is going to hold your hand and sorru there isn't a secret cookie cutter diet.
