      Protein powder. Every day.
      Its not a supplement. Its glorified cottage cheese.

      Fish(frozen bags from Costco) and shrimp( same deal), saw a video of Cutler doing this and it thaws/cooks so quickly!! Light tasty, low in fat, just perfect.

      I like to eat a variety of fish; anything from an open can of tuna to baked swordfish steaks.

      Red meat.

      Every day.

      Often, multiple times per day.

      I could not cut red meat out of my diet.
