Hi guys I know there are tonnes of techniques for filling muscle and losing water etc for the run up to a show So i was wondering if i could apply any of these to next week; my final week before holiday I've heard a bit about Vit C loading as a diuretic and also two or three no carb days and then one high carb day before the show. Apparently this draws the water to your muscles, pumping them up and reducing water retention under the skin? Photo on 2012-06-12 at 10.25.jpg This is where i'm at now.. got just under 2 weeks left! Lost a fair bit of size and feel flat on barely any carbs but yeah just to give you an idea! I'm now 18, 6ft 4 ermmm got a good diet n **** so yeah any questions welcome! cheers
The final week leading to holiday!! you look good mate, but in all honestly, you arnt lean enough for water manip and things like that to make a difference. Best bet is to have a few sun beds. Instantly makes you look better/more cut and means you dont burn on day one. Not being harsh as im in the same boat (go on holiday in less the 24 hours and i just ate a few mars bars and half a cheesecake last night

The final week leading to holiday!! loads more mars bars i think lol. Also, it would all turn to pot after a day of booze, food and sun anyway. Not worth worrying about. Should be thinking about lying on that sunbed, by the pool with a chilled beer anyway!!!
The final week leading to holiday!! I'd be happy to be in your shape prior to going on holiday! Currently trying to shift some bodyfat, lost a fair bit off the stomach over the past 3-4 weeks but the love handles aren't shifting! Enjoy your hols buddy.
The final week leading to holiday!! you see the problem is alot of people dont realise when you go to some much effort pre hols. trimming water losing fat deuretics and what not, you tend to have a massive rebound on holiday and look like total ****! best bet is to just go comfortable, train hard all year and enjoy yourself dont over think, few days of drinkin and binge eating and itsall gone to pot but even worse, i will say tho the alchohol and the sun acts as a dieuretic on its own and will dry you out and make you look more cut! theres a little pre hioliday tip for you lol
The final week leading to holiday!! keto for 2weeks then binge on carbs the day before... only thing that would give you what you want now. but its like them pump... looks good, but doesnt last (about 1-2days)
