      So confused and frustrated on calorie needs!

      This is great stuff. I'm taking notes. So in order to keep from overtraining how could I still workout 5 days? Working out everyday just helps me stay on track. I usually do 4 lifting days with 20 minutes low intensity cardio after lifting and some kind of intense cardio in between the 4 day split. It looks like:

      M:Lift, LISS cardio
      T:Lift, LISS cardio
      W:High Intesity cardio
      TH:Lift, LISS cardio
      F: Lift, LISS cardio
