      nelo, this is what i been bragging on about and you still never understood.watch this vid like 4x.

      spot on, post workout nutrition over exagerated and and how nutrition and supplements has been over hyped.

      people still dont realise that they are simply overflooding themselves with amino acids.

      lets see if people find this vid of interest.

      Not sure what it is you think I don't understand Mino.

      I stated in that thread that immediate glycogen replenishment pales in comparison to hitting your macros every day, as does nutrient timing in general.

      Re-read my response to Bruce, it echoes what is said in this clip exactly.
