Signed it. Not only because I don't want to see a new tax on supplements. But I'm generally anti tax in principle. We have more than enough taxes as a society to pay for the things the public wants it's government to do. We just need to find ways to become more frugal. Or the government does, to be more accurate. It's ridiculous how government in every country constantly want to find new taxes and fees to put on everything. They're are bleeding the citizenry dry.

 

A petition can only work if its backed up by a credible legal maneouvre. It can also be placed under the auspices of politicians diametrically opposed to the govt so as to have a credible signal in their radar. Otherwise, such moves would be dismissed as 'ventilating' with others merely defending the petitioners' right to picket. But its a good place to begin anyhow.
