Never Cut before, please help + BF% estimate needed I guess i'll give it a try then! I'll go for around 60-70g of fat and see how that goes for me. And with the HIIT, i'll give it a thought because i think i do enough cardio. Thanks for your help bro!
Never Cut before, please help + BF% estimate needed Yeah, i read alot about that breakfast fact, and i agree with those theories i guess. and with the slow cutting, yeah i'm not rushing it, i've cleaned up my diet 4-5months ago, and i've been eating clean since then. Not sure what my fat % figures was, but I lost some mass(mostly fat, very little muscle loss) and made some gains in my weights, well overall it showed off some good results along with the fact that my abs look much better. thanks for your advice!
