as my previous posts ive been training for a few years but in a small room in my unit and all the equipment was compact and somtimes hard to use so decided to empty my other unit and set it out nicely took a whole day to empty and move all the equipment in but i think it was worth it


might be somthing in it few years you never know may have enough lads (people) to warrant moving to a proprer premises???

How many kgs of weights you got mate, whats total you could load up on barbell? What do dumbbells go upto?

My mate set up a cracking gym in a 40 ft container, never used the fu*king thing tho !
